POKER RUN
Beerburrum to Lake Wivenhoe
Meet, greet and explain poker, cards and chips.
A participant from each vehicle will be given a stake of funny money, gambling chips.
At various stops along the way a light-hearted game of poker will be played with representatives from each car.
The game is played and the winner of each hand wins a chance to draw a card at the end of the day to win the day’s participation prize.

Locations and Times
1st Location: 9.30am for 10.10 start: Beerburrum Park.
From Brisbane, head north on Bruce Highway and Take Steve Irwin Way (Exit 163). Travel 5km and turn left into Beerburrum Road Park is 400 m from Café Phillies on Beerburrum. The Café knows that we are coming, so drop in for a bite before the first game.
Poker Games 1 & 2.
2nd Location: 11.00am Peachester via Old Gympie
Road (23km & 22 min). Find the park across the road from the Peachester General Store.
Poker Games 3 & 4 start at 11.15am.
3rd Location: 1.00pm. Toogoolawah via Kilcoy.
Lions Park, Cressbrook Street . 73km & 60 min.
Toogoolawah
BYO picnic lunch or the Exchange Hotel is close by.
Poker Games 5 & 6 at 1.30pm.
4th Location: 2.30pm Cormorant Bay Recreational Reserve on Lake Wivenhoe.
Follow A17 to Cormorant Bay. Turn off is on the left just after the road travels across the Wivenhoe Dam Wall. (51km & 35min)
PokerGames 7 & 8 at 2.45pm.
Following game 8, players will tally their poker chips then a prize presentation will occur. The concept is to increase your kitty during the day and the player with the most chips in their kitty wins the chance to pick a prize. There will be three prizes at stake.
