DESCRIPTION:Winter Run Weekend\nBy the Stanthorpe Historic Vehicle & Machinery Group \nFriday 7th August – Sunday 9th August\nThis event is in collaboration with SHV&MG as well as Renault and Peugeot club who will also attend the weekend alongside us.\nCome along to this awesome 3 day event starting on Friday and finishing on Sunday.\nThe Stanthorpe Historic vehicle and machinery group is putting it all together for us so all we need to do is join the fun.\nIt will kick off with Friday night dinner at the Stanthorpe International Club at 6.30pm where during a fantastic dinner and drinks they will give us all the details for Saturday’s plan.  All we know is that it will be a nice day drive on Saturday with a stop for morning tea and then finishes at lunch somewhere.\nSaturday night’s dinner will be again at the Stanthorpe international club at 6.30 pm with a little entertainment. Then Sunday morning a BBQ breakfast at the SHVMG’s shed with the highlight event of SHOW & SHINE.\nThe flyer for the show and shine is below as well as the entry form for the event.\nIf you wish to attend\, accomodation in Stanthorpe is not always easy to find at this time of the year so START LOOKING FOR YOUR ACCOMODATION NOW.\nALSO: you need to Fill in and return the Entry Form  AND email it to the organisers before 3rd August.\nIf you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact the president on president@citroenclubqld.org

Description:\nThe CCCQ Sports’ Day this year will be a picnic day with some fun games / sports’ activities.\nBring your chairs\, drinks and picnic lunch and be ready to join in some fun and games.\nPublic toilets are on site. Beautiful Jacarandatrees provide much of the park’s shade.\n \nThis day is intended as a great way to enjoy the company of the Club’s membership through a few games and sport competitions. Thesewill include a selection of the following: Воссе Crockett| Finska Frisbee Golf | Golf Putting skill and French Cricket If we get enough participants then we will have a scoring process in teams of 2 and will organise some prizes. Fun Fact: This park was once part of the home estate of Brisbane retailer Thomas Charles Beirne. His original Department store T.C. Beirne was built at 28 Duncan Street Fortitude Valley in 1902 was heritage listed in 2003.
