The interior was totally shot so I have cleaned it up to make it more respectible and keeping it simple. All the timber is in good condition and everything works bar the clock and the speedo. (Needs a new speedo cable)
The body has some rust in the usual spots in the back left corner sill and the boot but nothing structual. I repaired two small areas in the front outer sill and around the steering box.
The car drives and shifts gears perfectly. The temp and oil pressure are very stable and it starts first kick. The rear bumper is currently off and is included in the sale.
The new owner can continue preserving her as she is or strip the body down for a full repaint and new interior. Either way it’s a rare and very honest car with a ton of history.
As big Citroen fan it’s sad to see her go.
